VEDIC MEDITATION

It is an ancient practice from India. One sits for twenty minutes, twice a day. Repeating a mantra silently, effortlessly, inner peace is discovered and uncovered. Bliss and contentment are within reach.

WHO CAN DO IT?

You can.

Almost everyone who has ever learned to meditate feels they are uniquely unqualified to master the process. The truth is, it’s not the object of Vedic meditation to stop the mind from doing whatever the mind does. If there were a requirement that a potential meditation student be able to stop his or her mind, no one would be meditating.
